Accidents happen all the time. But in this case, it wouldn't have happened if the parents were a bit more alert and attentive to their child. Yes, you're busy, we get that! You may be an engineer, a lawyer, a DUI attorney, a mesothelioma lawyer or a fruit picker in New Zealand but please take care of your kids and always make it a point you see their every move. It's nice to dine in a great place where they have responsible waiters looking for job opportunies in New Zealand or jobs in Australia. But, what happened here is tragic.
A shocking thing happened at a restaurant in China, when the two-year-old little girl's head got stuck at the restaurant door! Apparently, there's a small gap between the hinges of the door and the girl didn't notice it that when her neck got stuck, all she can do was to scream in pain.
The parents didn't know what hit their child. The kid was just busy playing unattended near the glass door. Suddenly, a customer opened it and closed the door accidentally leaving the girl's head stuck. Her parents were surprised to see her. They rushed over and helped her free her head between the glass frame and the door.
Firefighters and rescuers were also called to expand the gap between the hinges in order to free the girl. They tried everything but what worked was they put lubricant in the hinges and the girl's neck was freed in one go.
Taken to the hospital, the girl was seen by medical experts, professionals who wanted to check her neck and head for fractures. She underwent x-ray and MRI to see if she suffered injuries.
Medics confirmed that she's alive but her current condition isn't unknown. A lot of people suggested the parents to seek psychologists and psychiatric help as this may have traumatized the child.
